Charged 3 times, still no Active products, can not cancel, no reply from Support« Back to Questions List

I was charged for the third times. All I want is a cancellation

Asked for support, they answer nearly a month ago, but still nothing happened since then. Still nothing in my active products, so they won't let me cancel. Can you tell me what can I do now? You want to charge me for a product I can not use until dead???
