HELP installing on Mac / Sierra OS / Adobe CC« Back to Questions List
Hi I am unable to get past downloading and opening the Lightening Storm_cc2015.zip folder. I have opened it on my desktop, but beyond that the video only shows how to on a mac. There is no further prompt to choose an "export location". There is no instruction on where/how to copy & paste the path url. And also this on another thread: NOTE: if you are using Adobe CC, then your must first register your IP Address here: //exportkit.com/lightning-storm-cc. also, with no instruction on where/how to do so. Hi, Creating the CEP folder is normal, and you should also crate the extensions folder as well. Answer the following questions so we can know what steps you require: 1. Did you download WinZip or WinRar? 2. Can you find your Terminal? If not, open your Applications folder, then open the Utilities folder and you will see Terminal. 3. If you have admin rights on your computer, then you the extractor will create the path if necessary and you are good to go.” because I am not able to replicate this. Hi, This is actually very easy to do. Visit our Installation page and you will find instructions for MAC. Use an ExtractorThe main thing is to use WinZip or WinRar to avoid conflict then extract to the MAC location ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/LightningStorm_CC2015/.
