I received an answer with suggestion to write the message into another place but link has been readdressed to the same one, so I write you here again (there is no link to open an account ticket).
I bought ExportKit without monthly subscription just to try it. This app was completely useless. Can you imagine how surprised I was to find out that money is still taken from my account every month. I searched in my account how to turn this off but without any success.
I did not write a message about my negative experience with this application but monthly subscription without my awareness is too much. I ask you to refund 24.99$ USD (1 month) and cancel this subscription.
Also, I checked the link where I can cancel the subscription again and there is still nothing there. Do I have a hidden subscription?

We asked you to submit a ticket, at minimum you should use our contact form and not place personal information on our public FAQ.
If you do not see the ability to create an Account Ticket then you have already canceled your subscription. After research we verified that you canceled your subscription on Feb 23, 2018. There were no additional funds withdrawn from your PayPal account, and your last payment date was Feb 19, 2018.
Please verify with PayPal and provide a transaction ID. You may be referring to a PayPal dispute that did not rule in your favor.
