Problems updating to v127 from v126« Back to Questions List
Export Kit update 1.2.7, from 1.2.6, says that it is ready to install. When I click the install button I get a dialog saying Photoshop needs to close to update. I click ok and quit PS and launch it again, but the update is never applied. Still says there is an update to 1.2.7. ???  Added November 14, 2014 4:45 pm |

No worries, the update process is as follows: 1) After you press update now and the ”close and reopen Photoshop” notice is visible, you should see your Extension Manager launch 2) Install the new update as normal, and wait for a successful install 3) Reopen Photoshop and you will see the update Read more about software updates: //exportkit.com/learn/getting-started/software-updates  Answered On November 14, 2014 6:21 pm # |
