Hi,

The issue was that you did not return to the site to complete your order, further the product you have is discontinued so it was tedious for Tech to manually fix your account.

Tech has manually enabled your key so you can activate and manage your subscription. Once you activate, visit //exportkit.com/my-products if you wish to cancel.
