Recently we have had many issues with our email provider Bluehost and Tech is taking steps to migrate all email services in-house.

IMPORTANT: As of Aug 18, 2019 we currently do not have access to email services used with our Contact Us page, customers please use Support Tickets and users please use our FAQ to ensure we receive your request.

The Bluehost Explaination

The situation is beyond our control and Bluehost has notified us that 100s of emails have been discarded and our email services were locked for a over 48 hours. The reason for this was, we had an influx of users and Bluehost services assumed it was spam and acted on it.

We don’t buy the excuse, but they are selling it.
