How to include Javascript when Exporting HTML« Back to Questions List

I'm stuck or confused on where the javascript export is....

When exporting my psd file to HTML5, it gives me a folder with the .html and .css files. Do I need to do a second export to export the .js file? I have customize enabled with hidden layers, page tags, and relative positions checked.

When I export as a javascript, I get a .html and .js file. Theres no actual content from my layers in the html. And theres no css file at all.

What am I missing?

Please help!!!

Correct Answer

Hi,

This is actually very simple, you can use External Files or you can use Code Tag to include your code directly in the PSD.

JavaScript Exports

JS Exports, including jQuery do not require additional CSS as they are pure JavaScript outputs. The .js file contains all the required code to render your project.
