Hi,

I am unable to use our package. It says we have gone over. I thought it was 30 days. I am not understanding how this happened. there's been some days that we have not even used it. Is this a mistake? We really need to work this weekend and now we are stuck right now.

Oh you’re right. Haha, I just noticed we only paid for one month. Thanks. That was it. We actually stopped using it a few weeks back, but now we need to use it again.

Hi,

That is correct, with Thunder Storm you get 30 days of usage from the time you activate your key. In your case, your previous key was activated 30 days ago. Once you purchase and activate another Thunder Storm, you will get a new 30 days of usage.
