Automating Export Kit« Back to Questions List
Hi, is it possible to use the export functionality of the 'Export Kit' using ExtendScript in AI, i.e. using the app.sendScriptMessage() method to execute commands defined by the Export Kit plugin to set options and start the export?

Hi, Great question. Currently we do not, but we do plan to open the API for all Adobe users. Once this is available, you will have the ability to parse your layers and document, as well as call native Export Kit methods. Dev does not have an ETA for this but they are working/test this currently so we know it will release within a few months.  Answered On November 4, 2017 3:30 pm # |
