Is there a way to save my custom settings so I don't have to enable the same options each time I use Export Kit?

Yes you can!

If you have Export Kit Pro enabled, you will see a (+) button beside the combo box (dropdown menu). Press the (+) button and it will allow you to save your custom settings.
