Experiencing Repeated Incorrect Billing Since February - Anyone Else?« Back to Questions List
Hello Community, I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced repeated incorrect billing charges starting from this February. It appears that my account has been charged multiple times for what should be an annual subscription, and efforts to resolve this with the company directly have so far been unsuccessful. Here's a brief overview of the charges that were incorrectly applied to my account: ID DATE STATUS TOTAL ID Date status Total COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED COMPLETED All these transactions were marked as "COMPLETED", despite me not authorizing multiple annual charges. I’ve contacted support several times and also raised this issue on the company's executive level but haven’t received any response. Alarmingly, this issue is still ongoing, as I was charged again just last night, even after I had already disputed previous charges with the company and my credit card issuer. Has anyone else faced similar issues, particularly starting from February this year? If so, how did you handle it, and were you able to get a resolution? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this frustrating situation. Thanks for any help or insight you can provide! |
