Hi, plugin is endlessly loading, and not working. Did the installation as described and was able to login

Hi, is it safe to assume you are using PSD or AI?

PSD and AI installs:
The plugin DOES NOT WORK with 2022 versions of CC, you must install PSD v19 and AI v21 to use the older plugin.

Better solution:
Import the PSD or AI into XD and export normally.
