Problem from xml« Back to Questions List

hallo i have problem "URI is not registered (Settings | Languages & Frameworks | Schemas and DTDs)" when convert xml from figma to android studio. did you know to solve this?

the url is xmlns:tools="//schemas.android.com/tools"
