Hi Community, I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced issues with being incorrectly billed multiple times for a service that should have been billed just once. In my case, I was charged five times for an annual subscription within two months. Despite reaching out to the company's Billing Support Team and even escalating the matter to the Executive Board, I've received no response or acknowledgment of my issue. Has anyone here faced a similar situation? If so, how did you manage to get it resolved? Any advice on further steps I can take or agencies I can contact for help would be greatly appreciated.
