Why can i not use or access the "smart PSD batch" section?« Back to Questions List
I have been a home office customer for some time, this morning I recently upgraded to the business package, to access the smart PSD batch features.
After changing my package I uninstalled /reinstalled the plugin, restarted my PC and photoshop multiple times, as well as reloaded the plugin within photoshop.
However, the "Smart PSD batch" section is still grayed out / unclickable for me, as if I did not have the business package. Is there something else I can try, or a way for you to grant me access to the batch options?

Hi, I have same problem. I could not using Since set up to my computer (no more any +1 computer or account) Could you find any solution to my problem also?
