Why don't I see the View I purchased?« Back to Questions List
No Views are accessible despite activating a license. When going into the "Activate License" option to view if the module license i purchased is checked as active, there is a check mark. Went through the tutorial step by step, unless i missed something. I purchased Layer Kit - JSON View.  Added October 3, 2014 1:08 pm |

Activation IssueOnce you activate a key, normally the functionality will automatically become available – there are some instances where you will need to Quick Fix(1) Reopen Export Kit to ensure JSON View is active for Layers Panel (2) If you have both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Photoshop, ensure you are using the one you activated the key in Extend JSONIf you require JSON exports (aka, a JSON file of your full document), then you will need Layer Kit Pro: //exportkit.com/product/photoshop/layer-kit-pro  Answered On October 3, 2014 1:13 pm # |
