CC2015.2 Bugs« Back to Questions List

Recently we have found a few bugs with the new Creative Cloud 2015 .2 release. They are minor, but can become frustrating very quickly.

Docking Issue – CC2015.1.2

Recently users reported a 420 message when docking the plugin with another panel. CC2015 has updated its architecture and docking can cause an unexpected reload of the plugin – this causes Export Kit to think you are sending invalid requests = 420 message.

Please bear with us and we will have this resolved shortly. Tech is investigating the issue.

Quick Fix

  1. Remove the Plugin Panel from the current location and load it separate
  2. Drag the panel heading (the top part) into your icon list so the plugin loads by itself
  3. Contact us to re-enable your IP

Editing Environment Options - RESOLVED

We found an issue with the text edit area used for editing Custom Output Otions will not allow some users to select and modify the content.

Editing Environment Options: RESOLVED

The bug related to editing Custom Environment Options has been resolved as of v16.0422.18, view the release notes.
