Error #409« Back to Questions List
I bought the service for AI and I want to add it to photoshop, so I purchased again the service for photoshop. I am logging in from my photoshop and I am getting 409 error, application conflict.

Hi, Tech has applied a hot-fix to the server, personal plans will now allow you to mix and match applications. Please login via Photoshop to confirm. This feature has been requested a number of times so it is now live. IMPORTANTDo not attempt to use the plugin in both Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time, us only one-at-a-time, this will prevent a 420 message.  Answered On April 3, 2017 6:59 pm # |
