Error #409« Back to Questions List

I bought the service for AI and I want to add it to photoshop, so I purchased again the service for photoshop.

I am logging in from my photoshop and I am getting 409 error, application conflict.

 

Please assist, thank you.

Hi,

Tech has applied a hot-fix to the server, personal plans will now allow you to mix and match applications. Please login via Photoshop to confirm.

This feature has been requested a number of times so it is now live.

IMPORTANT

Do not attempt to use the plugin in both Photoshop and Illustrator at the same time, us only one-at-a-time, this will prevent a 420 message.

Hi,

We can help. Personal plans will lock to one environment, we will ask Tech to review your account. They may create another user for you and split your keys.
