Export folder HTML5« Back to Questions List
Hi, i have just installed and purchased exportkit and tried to export an illustrator file to html 5. In the relative folder to my illustrator file a ftml-www file appears. In this folder however, there is no HTML5 folder visible (only a logs and skins folder), am I doing something wrong? Cheers.  Added April 30, 2019 5:12 pm |

Hi, this is very likely because of the name of the illustrator file or the path to the file on the computer. You must use utf8 (english) characters in file names and paths to avoid issues when exporting. Please visit this link for more information //exportkit.com/answers/why-dont-i-see-the-output-files.
