Help with Mac Install« Back to Questions List
Hello i just download the plugin and follow all of your instructions however in mac the pac you suggest does not exist i only found CEP folder into illustration but this file is not in other Adobe directory on MAC, please update and correct your tutorial, because its too hard to get it done and your users waste time. in the other hand the extention does not work in illustrator it show me the error can not connect to account, please i will appreciate your help to fix that. Hi, This is common, you must create the CEP/extensions directory if it does not exist. Then continue with the install instructions. Regarding Illustrator, describe ”cannot connect to account”, can you send a screenshot?  Answered On June 29, 2017 12:37 pm # |
