Image conversion« Back to Questions List
Am new to Export Kit! My designer has provided me with PSD files of her page designs from Photoshop and AI, which will ultimately end up on our Wordpress site. On converting the file to HTML5, it completes without error, however, none of the images are included. I have ticked the box in Export to include images - but still no luck. Any advice? Hi, If you do not see your images it may be due to invalid characters in the name of the document. Can you verify you are using english characters in the document name. If this is not the issue, it can also be a bad chars in the file path. To test, move the document to your desktop and try to export again.  Answered On February 19, 2020 11:52 pm # |
