Installation issue« Back to Questions List

I've tried several times to install Export Kit to my Photoshop CS6, but it doesn't work. Anything I try just seems to be the same thing. Can you please help me?

First of all, I would like to let you know that I followed everything that you have showed in your tutorial, step by step, and yet it doesn't work.

The path is correct, by the way! If you could, I'd love to get a new step by step tutorial for me.

I use Win 8.1 and I have two 'Program Files' -> Program files --and-- Program files (x86). I did installed it in the 'Program files' only, not in the one with the x86 extension

Hi,

Follow the steps here: //exportkit.com/learn/getting-started/installation, you can use the auto-installer for windows.

Please describe ”does not work”, what went wrong? Do you see the extension in your list?
