Problem creating the path in MAC« Back to Questions List
Hello, I already fixed the install for illustrator but i have problem with photoshop, in your tutorial said do i have to create a path for installation but where? because i already create the path in adobe and this not worked and then into the photoshop and either worked. Also Adobe use extension manager to install all extensions i don\'t you if you guys noticed that. so there is any way that i can fix this problem and start using this plugin? |

Hi, There may be some confusion here, you only need to install once and the plugin works in PSD, AI and INDD. If the plugin loads in AI already, then you only need to open PSD and enable the plugin. You do not need to install 2x. |
Awesome! follow this update guide was the first thing i did before to contact you. I create the path as you describe in your list inside cc library but i don’t see the extension in my list in photoshop. the only way i find this is work is copy the plugin inside the Illustrator extensions but in photoshop this is not a solution. So I would like to get better Answer from you, this is much pain for a simple installation |
Hi, You must follow the install guide, you cannot use Extension Manager to install export kit. |
