Problems to look for when exporting!« Back to Questions List

Hello,

Heres my problem:
the export process stops in its tracks after a few seconds of processing and never finishes. I have simplified the file, its just a few basic graphics and texts nothing complicated. Ive gone through the troubleshooting in Why Dont I See The Output Files on this list multiple times to no avail. Is there anything else I can check for me to get this to work?

I have high hopes! If I can make your product work, it will give me such a competitive edge in the field. thanks for the work you are doing and for taking a look at my file. let me know what other information you may need.

After looking at your PSD file the issue is related to empty layers.

We found a few folders with out content (layers).

Fix

Add child layers to the folder, or delete the folder and re-export.

All layers require content

If the layer is a folder, then it requires child layers. If the layer is a text layer, it requires text content; image layers require an image; etc.
