Hello, I just purchased your monthly personal product, I have an invoice sent to my email. After installing the plugin to my Adobe XD, I couldnt export as it keep giving me errors and directing me to your website asking me to become a registered user. Please. help.

Hi,

Tech has manually enabled your key. You must activate your key(s) after purchase to use the products. Failure to activate will results in delays, please ensure you follow all instructions in emails to correctly complete your order.

Following the instructions given above takes me to the activation page saying i have nohingto activate. I only intend to use the product with Adobe XD.

Hi, this is an easy fix. Once your purchase, you will need to activate your key: //exportkit.com/activation.

Once your key is activated, your first export may bring you to our XD Error page. Wait 1-2 min and your key will refresh on the server then you can export normally.

If you still have issues, let us know and we will escalate this to Tech.
