Hi, i'm attaching my guides settings screen shots please check them and let me know.
after watching responsive HTML5 video also i'm not getting exact code, some layers were missing and miss placed in final output.

Hi, We strongly recommend you read our Optimization Tips: //exportkit.com/optimization-tips, these are very useful to help you with specific issues and fixes. Regarding your situation, if elements are missing and or miss-placed then this is a layer naming issue.
