Hi,

We will notify Tech of your situation. They will refund your extra order and your service will continue as normal. You can then cancel when you no longer need the services.

Thanks , my intention was to get the professional subscription for two months for one user , i guess you can refund me for the next one or i can just activate it when the first month subscription is over

Hi,

You seem to have orders 5492 and 5493, Tech has enabled your first order. You can visit //exportkit.com/dashboard anytime to activate. If your second order was a mistake, let us know and Accounting will cancel and refund that order – otherwise Tech will enable the key assuming you require 2 users.
