Hi, I have purchased the personal use single creative cloud application (photoshop) and downloaded the export kit. I am now seeing a 420 error when trying to login to the export kit. Can you please help? Having made this purchase, does this mean I can use the export kit pro? I am working with hidden layers and are not getting the results I would have hoped to see in the export. Mainly because I can see all of their states as visible. I have re read the instructions and training a hundred times. I have reached out for additional support from you guys but have not heard back. Hi, You do have Pro options enabled, so you are ok there. To use hidden layers (a) the layer must be hidden in the design, (b) you must Enable Hidden Layers. Send us a screenshot of your layers.  Answered On June 19, 2017 8:09 pm # |
