Export panel pro issue« Back to Questions List
I am having issues with opening the export panel pro that I just purchased. It opens the panel, inside Photoshop, but doesn't show me the "LOGIN" dialogue box anymore. I just shows a blank screen.
Please can you check and let me know what the problem is?

What you experience is normal, we have MANY curious users. Visit //exportkit.com/contact and submit a 420 request. Thats the fastest way.

It is not a white screen. I have a screenshot of how it all looks like but I don’t think there is a provision to include images on this thread, is there?
The Tech on-call has re-enabled your IP. The screen you saw was a 420 message. In the future you can use our Contact Us page to request your IP to be re-enabled: //exportkit.com/contact.

The white screen is common when the server is creating a new session for you. This should only last a second or two while it downloads Google Fonts.
If you notice it is lasting longer, or you see a white screen often – then let us know and Tech will debug.
