416 error in photoshop export kit.« Back to Questions List
Hello there, from 2 days i have issue that in photoshop when i open export kit and login it shows error like "416(No active keys), visit out shop to purchase your first key(s)". But in export kit shop there is no option to buy activation key for photoshop. What should i missing? is export kit is free for photoshop but display error because of technical issue ? or i have to buy license for photoshop in export kit website? But in export kit shop there is no option to buy activation key for photoshop. Thanks.  Added November 1, 2021 4:04 am |

Hi, to answer your questions: a) 416 error - our free server is under maintenance so you will have to subscribe to use the plugin/api b) photoshop support - you can use the plugin with photoshop, illustrator, xd and figma - download the plugin version you need - subscription for the plugin works with all platforms  Answered On November 4, 2021 12:09 am # |
