If you visit the Activation page and you not see your keys, you can check https://exportkit.com/dashboard then navigate to "Products" to ensure you have your key activated. If so you can use the plugin normally.
If you still cannot use the plugin, let us know https://exportkit.com/contact and we will ask Tech to manually enable a new key for you.
