what do i do if lighting storm says that it cant access generators ? and after restarting Photoshop and my computer , does not display options for export and and only five of my nine keyrings are on , why???  Added August 29, 2016 9:26 am |

Hi, Our Customer Support will contact you regarding this, based on your description you may have multiple sessions and your last session does not have the keys you desire. This can happen when you purchase multiple products that have the same keys = the server will give you an extra session per key. Customer Support can better handle this.
