Receiving Error Code 403 After Installing Lighting Storm - Export Kit« Back to Questions List

Hi Support Team,

After successfully installing the Lighting Storm Export Kit, I am now receiving an error message saying "Error Code 403: Forbidden".

A few other users experienced this problem as well it looked like, would you able to help trouble shoot this with me? One of the questions that was answered said that my IP could have been flagged as spam, can you remove that?

Hi, Sorry for the trouble. We have sent this to both Tech and the Dev team. There was a recent server update which you may have been caught in. We will ask them to contact you. **IMPORTANT** Please change your user name so it does not contain your email otherwise a spam bot can grab your email.
