NOTE: This change DOES NOT affect Customers prior to July 14, 2019.

IMPORTANT: New Throttle Rules are active as of September 1, 2019.

In efforts to remain more competitive we have made changes to our product packages. New customers will now have account throttles for (a) IP Address and (b) Bandwidth/Export Speed to better reflect the performance plan.

IP Address

New customers will only have access to services with the number of IP Addresses allowed in the respective plan. We allow Dynamic IPs, but only the number of Address allowed in your plan will associate with your account.

Bandwidth/Export Speed

Subscription plans will now throttle the speed of exports delivered via the API. Personal plans will take longer to export based on the number of shared users active, where Professional and Business plans have increased throttle on faster servers.

Additional IPs and Bandwidth

We will release products in the near future to allow new customers to add additional IPs and Buandwidth to their accounts. Users will be notified via Email of the change.
