We apologize to all customers and users for the recent interruptions in service. Recently we have had many power outages in Southern Ontario due to severe weather conditions. We are located in Toronto ON, Canada, we have seen Wind, Snow, Ice, Hail, Rain, Thunder, Heat, Cold; often any mix of 5 in a single day.

We are now back up and running but we have some servers that require maintenance. Unfortunately it is difficult to have a backup strategy for crazy 2018 weather – but we are attempting to create one. We will notify all users once all servers are verified.
