I purchased Responsive Pack and followed the instructions here: //exportkit.com/learn/getting-started/installation.

Please help soon :(

Hi,

Tech sent us your recent logs. This is not an error. Your logs show that you were trying to connect to the API with your browser and the plugin. Doing this will cause both a Session Error and/or a 420: //exportkit.com/abuse.

1. Are you using a proxy? no
2. Do you have a network monitor active? I do not know
3. What version of Photoshop are you using, eg. 16.x.x ? Using adobe 2015.1.2

NOT AN ERROR

Can you explain how you are connecting, that is not an Error – it is the message given when the server is blocking your Session/IP hopping or web debugger - learn more.

1. Are you using a proxy?

I use Fiddler for debugging, if you use that then you can go to File > Capture Traffic.

I don’t use Charles that often, but they should have a similar toggle.

disable your network monitor or web debugger. this happens to me too when I forget to turn them off.
